Prerequisites

New customized firmware
DHI-NVR5216-4KS2 or DHI-NVR5216-16P-4KS2E
Wireless alarm products (2. Generation)

Note: The current FW version is still a test version, the official version will be updated later

Step by Step Instructions

1. Update the NVR version to V4.001.15KI000.0.T.211008 and you can see the new “IoT” module.

2. Click “IoT” and you can see the wireless alarm products in Alarm Hub (Please make sure that wireless alarm products are turned on and in the same local area network as NVR)

3. Please add the alarm product by using double-clicking the device or manually entering the IP address. After successfully adding, you can see the following graph

4. Now you can view all products (PIR, door sensor, siren, remote control) under Sub Device. Also, you can see the corresponding model, name, serial number, and online status

5. Event linkage can be set for the alarm host, PIR, door sensor, remote control, and siren. You can set those parameters by clicking “Trigger”. The devices will start to link once you “Apply” all your configuration.

6. You can view all event details in “Event Search”
