PTZ- PTZ lock issue

Example 1

1. Product Model（Version）

2. Description of the problem 

Customer found out that the device cannot do the tour, except by manual, and there are overlapping characters on the screen “tour will be disable when spin less than 5000! ”. 

3. The design principle

When the customer tour the PTZ regularly in both manual and automatic, it will reduce the longevity, so the system will active the protect action by locking the PTZ. Usually, we will advise to send the device to the Maintenance station to update the fw. Nowadays, we changed the strategy to note the OSD on the page.

4. Solution

To those with old fw and has been locked device, we should send update the designed fw or contact the maintenance station.

To those unlocked devices, a updated version is ok (general version which not including this strategy)

Example 2

1. Product Model（Version）

DH-SD5A445XA-HNR

2. Description of the problem：

The customer has installed one SD5A445XA-HNR（SN: 6B0203APAJ48091）in last Oct, and It works well. Recently, its rotation cannot work, he cannot start the Tour.

Situation 1:

1. Please control the PTZ by clicking the direction panel or setting the tour, if still failed, please RMA. 

Situation 2:

1. If you manage to control the PTZ by clicking the direction panel, then go to OSD to disable the PTZ Life warming, it will run smoothly. Please note that this sign means the camera longevity, it won’t indicate you when the device longevity over as it disabled
